Mystic Blossom Symphony is an exquisite cocktail that exudes elegance and sophistication. This innovative creation combines the trending floral notes of elderflower liqueur with the unique flavors of bergamot-infused gin and the exotic touch of dragon fruit. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bergamot-infused Gin
  • 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (such as St-Germain)
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey Lavender Syrup
  • 2 oz Chilled Dragon Fruit Purée
  • Edible flower garnish (e.g., orchids, pansies, or nasturtiums)

Instructions

  • To prepare the Honey Lavender Syrup, combine the honey, water, and dried lavender buds in a small saucepan. Heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the honey dissolves. Remove from heat, let it steep for 30 minutes, and then strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the lavender buds. Store the syrup in an airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the bergamot-infused gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of honey lavender syrup. Shake well until chilled and well-mixed.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass, creating a thin layer at the bottom.
  • Gently pour the dragon fruit purée over the back of a bar spoon or regular spoon, allowing it to float on top of the gin mixture, creating a visually appealing two-layer effect.
  • Garnish with an edible flower, carefully placing it on top of the dragon fruit layer to enhance the visual appeal of the Mystic Blossom Symphony.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the mesmerizing blend of flavors in this elegant and innovative cocktail.
